날씨가 많이 더워졌네요.. 너무 더워서 밖에 나가기가 싫다는..ㅋㅋ

어릴때는 에어컨도 없었고,,, 선풍기 밖에 없었는데...

 

대중 교통에도 에어콘도 없었고, 택시도 없었는데...

지금 생각해보면 그때 여름은 어떻게 지냈는지 ^.^

 

오늘은 간단한거 하나 포스팅해 보려고 해요.

오늘의 포스팅은 Fewer과 Less의 차이에 대해서 포스팅을 해보겠습니다

 

Fewer과 Less는 둘다 모두 '보다 적은, 더 적은'이라는 의미로 사용이 되는데요.

그럼 둘의 차이는 무엇일까요? 간단 하기는 하지만 은근히 헷갈리는 단어 이거든요. ^.^

 

그럼 우선 Fewer는

'적은'이라는 의미 이구요. fewer는 뒤에 항상 가산 명사가 나옵니다.(countable noun)

 

반면에 less도 적은 이라는 의미로 사용이 되는데요..

less는 뒤에 항상 불가산 명사(uncountable noun)이 온답니다.

fewer뒤에는 가산 명사..

less뒤에는 불가산 명사..
